WHAT KIND OF DATA DO WE COLLECT: 

Personal information, can include, but not limited to: Names, nicknames, addresses, emails, birthdates, photos, passport numbers, and mobile/landline numbers.

HOW DO WE COLLECT YOUR DATA: 

Data is collected through our website, by phone, through Event Brite, through email, and in person, with your explicit permission. 

WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR DATA: 

Your personal information is used to market & sell travel, only by us, that may be of interest to you. Your personal information is also used to secure reservations, and to book travel, flights, accommodation, etc. for travel with your explicit permission only. 

HOW LONG TO WE RETAIN YOUR DATA:

We only retain your personal information, with your permission, in our files, to market travel opportunities for future journeys for a period of five years. If you do not want your information saved for future marketing, or to book future travel, you may opt-out by emailing us at:

WHO DO WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION WITH: 

We only share your personal information with travel suppliers in the act of booking travel for you, and completing your travel reservations. Under no circumstances, do we share your personal information with marketing agencies, third parties, advertising agencies, or anyone else. We only share your information with the reputable travel suppliers, whom we work with, to book your travel and make your travel arrangements.
